Tamari Pepitas

I absolutely love theses for a quick and easy snack. Also great to add to your salads.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Pepitas

1 tablespoon of Tamari


Preheat your oven to 180ºC.

Soak half a cup of pepitas in 1 table spoon of Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)

Spread evenly on an oven tray and bake at 180 degrees for a 4 min.

Mix up and bake for a further couple of minutes.

Let cool for 10min as they get crunchier as they cool.


*please keep an eye on them as many oven are different and these little pepitas can burn easily.
